BACK-TRACK launched in 2008 with Coca Cola Enterprises as a first client. BACK-TRACK was a brand new concept and refinements to the BACK-TRACK process took place with CCE’s involvement. In 2025, Coca Cola Europacific Partners is still a BACK-TRACK client.
Since that moment in 2008, this sector has been a focus for BACK-TRACK. The challenges are clear, repetitive lifting and handling of goods that can increase wear and tear on the back and therefore increase susceptibility to injury.
As well as detecting the common occupational risks associated with repetitive lifting and handling, BACK-TRACK also detects risks specific to truck drivers such as injuries caused by Jumping from a tail-lift or cab. Jumping can cause injuries to ankles but also long term damage to joints such as knees as well as the back.
The BACK-TRACK device also detects Driving - this helps make sense of the data when doing a deep-dive and can provide you with additional valuable insight..
BACK-TRACK is trusted by world class employers and is considered as best practice in managing and reducing occupational back injuries.
BACK-TRACK reduces your costs and improves employee wellbeing. Backs are complicated and long-term back injuries can be very expensive. Even the short term ones lead to disruption and have a human cost.
