The BACK-TRACK System comprises a number of elements, however, it is the BACK-TRACK Reports that take the raw data and turn it into something useful for customers. A large client will collect considerable amounts of data. This data is stored online and each user's data can be viewed from six different graphs.

The Report also summarises key aspects of each individual over the period being viewed.
The Report can be tailored to show all, or show a specific location, department, job title, etc. Each Department Manager will receive a Report with individuals specific to them. The Report is available online or via email.
The BACK-TRACK System is a process of continuous improvement, the Management Summary Report, being part of the REVIEW process (see Achieving Behavioural Change).

Following the REVIEW stage is the FEEDBACK step. Which takes place by the respective Management, whereas the FEEDBACK stage takes place with the individuals highlighted in the Management Summary Report. The Management Summary Report is discussed and the individual is shown that they appear to be in a higher risk category for back injury.
Also available are the detailed graphs for each individual. These show their total number of Activations each day, the number of Activations per Hour, the number of hours the device has been worn, and others. This REVIEW session is intended to discuss why an individual may be in a higher risk category. This may be due to their manual handling technique, the nature of the task, etc. It is intended that issues are discussed and where possible, resolved.
Notes may be recorded in an online Comments table so that they are available as necessary for future reference.

There are additional advanced options, allowing the data to be viewed in a number of ways. Additionally, report options exist to view organisational change with respect to reductions in unnecessary stooping.
