BACK-TRACK Europe Ltd was formed in 2003 to develop a product that could track exposure to back injury risk factors and identify those who appeared to be at greatest risk of injury.

This development took place with the assistance of British and Canadian universities, ergonomists, manual handling trainers, occupational health professionals, and numerous organisations including The Health and Safety Executive.

After three years of development, the product was released for beta testing and after a further six months of development the completed BACK-TRACK system was launched with first customer orders being delivered in 2007.
